Drop the emails here (.eml — drag them from Outlook) or click to choose.
The DEPARTURE/ARRIVAL LOADS email fills the shift load. Every other email is attached to the handover with a line for Highlights or MEDLINK/MEDA.

Click a PNR after checking it in Amadeus: struck through = cancelled (the email is then left out). Emails with an older date in the subject start unticked.
